The candidate will be responsible for heading the Business Development Department and the key role will be leading & motivating team in order to achieve targets, new business development & client retention, Lead generation, client communication and relationship building. He/She will also be responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads.
Qualified candidate needs to possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication, handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
At least 1-2 years Experience in Marketing & Business Development.
Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT industry and International Market
Ability to plan and successfully implement strategies
Should possess good PR skills for Accounts Handling and Relationship Building
Ability to identify and develop new markets
Ability to qualify leads, lead and motivate team to achieve targets.
